By using the Job Portal, the data subject gives full consent in the processing and sharing of any given personal information by the data subject which involves personal or confidential information of an applicant or an employer. Any and all information collected may be shared within the Local Government Unit in accordance with legitimate purposes it may serve. This Job Portal is covered under the Womb to Work Program of the CGM which is a city program that intends to help its constituents in finding gainful employment.

Any information contained herein may not be reproduced, transmitted, distributed, displayed, sold, published, broadcast, circulated or used in any manner without the prior consent of the CGM.
The CGM does not guarantee that all job applications will get a positive response from employers or that applicants will get hired. The employers have full discretion in considering job applications and deciding whether or not to accept a person for employment. All agreements entered into between an employer and a job applicant is not known to CGM since this is between the employer and the job applicant only. Thus, all employment conditions are presumed to be in accordance with law by the CGM.
The CGM does not give any guarantee to employers that the information given by job applicants are wholly truthful or accurate since the CGM only receives the job applications and curriculum vitae of the applicants. It is the employers' decision whether or not to do further inquiry or to contact a job applicant for interview. The CGM shall not intervene in matters when the employer undergoes job screening of the applicant.
The images, visuals, figures, statistics and other analytics and materials herein contained are for transparency of information to the public and relied upon as statement of facts based from different departments and officers' official data, subject to prior consent.
As its sole discretion, the CGM may choose to change the terms, conditions, and operation of this website at any time.
